Spring Rare White

These delicate white tea pearls offer a smooth and soothing cup. Their gentle sweetness is complemented by subtle floral notes, making for an easy and enjoyable brew, even with multiple infusions. It leans floral, sweet and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the Spring 2021 harvest.
