Spring Bai Mu Dan

This premium Bai Mudan offers a delicate balance of floral and fruity notes. Its texture is brisk, providing a clean and refreshing sip that highlights its natural character. It leans floral, fruity and brisk.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Baimudan (tea） cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2023 harvest.
