Spring Bai Mu Dan

This fresh Fuding Baimudan offers a delightful journey through sweet, delicate floral notes, reminiscent of early spring blooms. Its gentle character is complemented by a hint of hay-like freshness an. It leans floral, mellow and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
