Autumn Shou Mei

This Shoumei presents a delightful profile of wild flowers and sweet hay, complemented by a creamy texture. Hints of honey and delicate spices emerge on the palate, culminating in a gentle, lingering . It leans floral, sweet and hay.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Mengku Daye cultivar. This batch is from the Autumn 2025 harvest.
