Spring Shou Mei

This elegant Shoumei white tea from Simao offers a comforting cup with notes of sweet hay and subtle dried apricot. Its mellow character and gentle mouthfeel make it a soothing and approachable brew f. It leans mellow, hay and fruity.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
