Spring Rare White

This fresh Spring white tea offers a delicate and ethereal cup. Expect subtle floral undertones intertwined with light, refreshing mineral notes and a whisper of sweet hay. Its profile is clean and br. It leans delicate, floral and mineral.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
