Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged Shoumei offers a comforting warmth, unfolding with notes of dried apricot and honeyed sweetness. A subtle earthy depth and a smooth, lingering finish make for a truly mellow and contemplativ. It leans fruity, earthy and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
