About This Tea

What does Summer 2021 Jingmai White taste like?
This soothing white tea, harvested in the summer of 2021 from Jingmai Mountain, offers a uniquely sweet and gentle character. With its medium oxidation and shade-dried processing, it presents a delica. It leans sweet, woody and gentle.
How should I brew Summer 2021 Jingmai White?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does Summer 2021 Jingmai White come from?
Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the Summer 2021 harvest.
