Aged Fuding Shoumei

This aged white tea unfolds with a naturally sweet and mellow character. Its deep, clear liquor delivers a smooth, thick body, culminating in a pleasant returning sweetness that lingers on the palate,. It leans mellow, sweet and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
