White Tea Blends

This unique mini cake presents a delightful fusion of delicate white tea and vibrant tangerine peel. Expect a bright, zesty citrus aroma that perfectly complements the tea's naturally sweet and floral. It leans citrus, floral and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in China. This batch is from the 2021 harvest.
