Spring Bai Mu Dan

This 1st Grade Bai Mu Dan offers a delicate and refreshing experience. Expect a fragrant bouquet of spring blossoms and a clean, subtly sweet liquor. Its light body carries notes of hay and a lingerin. It leans floral, fresh and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
