How should I brew Blossoming Jewels?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Fuding Dabaicha cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2025 harvest.

Starts at $7.95 from Mei Leaf, or about $0.15/g. A 50g package gets you around 8 gongfu sessions at ~6 g each, which works out to about $0.90 per session. Explore more white teas on Teadar.
