This white tea from Dayong Mountain offers a refreshing and clean infusion. Delicate floral notes mingle with a subtle mineral sweetness, providing a light yet engaging profile. Expect a crisp, invigo. It leans fresh, floral and mineral.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
