Rare White

A unique expression of white tea, this 'Golden Lily' offers an intriguing balance. Expect the characteristic creaminess of the Jin Xuan cultivar, complemented by a delicate sweetness and subtle fruity. It leans creamy, floral and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the TTES #12 cultivar.
