Rare White

This premium Fujian white tea offers a serene and uplifting experience. Delicate floral notes unfurl gracefully, complemented by a soft, sweet undertone that lingers on the palate. A beautifully subtl. It leans floral, delicate and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
