Yellow

This aged Jun Shan Yin Zhen presents a wonderfully mellow and complex profile. Expect delicate floral notes interwoven with a rich honeyed sweetness, culminating in a smooth, comforting finish that li. It leans honey, floral and mellow.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 2–3 min. For gongfu, use 3–4 g per 100 ml, 20–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Think of it like a more mellow green tea. Keep the water cool to preserve the sweetness.
