This Fujian first harvest white tea delivers a delicate and refreshing character. Enjoy its gentle floral undertones, which are beautifully intertwined with sweet, mellow notes, leading to a smooth, c. It leans floral, fresh and mellow.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
