Baozhuang White

This experimental white tea from Taiwan offers a fresh and delicate profile. Expect subtle floral notes dancing with hints of sweet, almost fruity undertones, culminating in a clean and lingering fini. It leans delicate, floral and fresh.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
