Rare White

This Georgian white tea offers a wonderfully light and refreshing cup, unfolding with delicate herbaceous notes. A crisp, clean minty essence invigorates the palate, leaving a refreshingly clear finis. It leans herbaceous, minty and fresh.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
