Winter General Aged White Tea

This aged white tea unfolds with a comforting mellowness, featuring distinct notes of dried apricot and honey. A gentle, sweet hay aroma complements the smooth body, delivering a serene and unhurried . It leans honey, dried fruit and mellow.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Fuding Dahaocha cultivar. This batch is from the Winter 2018 harvest.
