Spring Bai Mu Dan

This delicate white tea unfurls with subtle whispers of fresh hay and sweet honey, grounded by a hint of warm, baked bread. Its gentle complexity offers a refreshingly soft infusion, perfect for momen. It leans vegetal, honeyed and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Baimudan (tea） cultivar. This batch is from the Spring harvest.
