Spring Bai Mu Dan

A delicate and refreshing white tea, offering soft floral notes intertwined with hints of fresh melon and a subtle sweetness. Its smooth body leaves a clean, lingering finish on the palate. It leans floral, fresh and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
