Spring Bai Mu Dan

This bud-heavy Fuding white tea delights with a vibrant, zingy profile. Expect an explosion of heavy floral and bright fruit tones, beautifully complemented by a light, buoyant, and crisp mouthfeel th. It leans floral, fruity and crisp.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
