Hwangcha

This rare Korean Hwang Cha offers a luminous and refined infusion. It presents a remarkable clarity on the palate, marked by a soft, natural sweetness and a long, elegant finish, showcasing the vitali. It leans sweet, refined and elegant.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 2–3 min. For gongfu, use 3–4 g per 100 ml, 20–30 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Think of it like a more mellow green tea. Keep the water cool to preserve the sweetness.
