Summer Darjeeling White

This limited edition white tea from the Rohini garden presents a delicate bouquet of fresh fruits, reminiscent of green apple and honeydew melon. A subtle hint of honey weaves through the smooth, mell. It leans fruity, honeyed and mellow.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
