About This Tea
What does taste like?
This exquisite white tea, born from the snow-kissed Dhauladhar peaks, offers a radiant infusion with delicate vegetal sweetness and whispers of white florals. Experience pale fruit notes, a silken ele. It leans sweet, floral and vegetal.
How should I brew ?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does come from?
Grown in Himachal, India from the Pure China Bushes cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2026 harvest.
How much does cost?
Starts at $30.43 from Tea Gardenia, or about $0.61/g. A 50g package gets you around 8 gongfu sessions at ~6 g each, which works out to about $3.66 per session. Explore more white teas on Teadar.
