Rare White

This unique powdered white tea, hinted by its 'silver' lineage, likely presents a subtle, fresh aroma. Expect a smooth, delicate cup with a potential whisper of floral sweetness, offering a novel expe. It leans brisk, umami and refreshing.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
