How should I brew ?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does come from?
Grown in China from the Jinmudan cultivar.
How much does cost?
Starts at $15.00 from The Sweetest Dew, or about $0.66/g. A 15g package gets you around 3 gongfu sessions at ~6 g each, which works out to about $3.96 per session. Explore more white teas on Teadar.
