Aged Yunnan White Tea

This 2021 sun-dried white tea from Yunnan offers a delightful profile of rich candy sweetness. Bright and clear on the palate, it carries lovely sugarcane aromas that beautifully linger long after eac. It leans sweet, sugarcane and bright.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Camellia sinensis var. assamica cultivar. This batch is from the 2021 harvest.
