Medium Roast White Tea Blends

This unique white tea offers a remarkably smooth and supple body, culminating in a delightfully sweet aftertaste. The distinctive aroma and warming essence of fragrant roasted bamboo have deeply infus. It leans sweet, bamboo and roasted.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the 2022 harvest. The leaves got a medium roast after picking.
