Summer Gong Mei

This aged Gong Mei offers an exceptionally smooth and sweet liquor with a creamy, thick mouthfeel. Its deep orange hue promises a balanced and enduring cup, with a distinct 'qi' that hints at its high. It leans sweet, creamy and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
