Spring Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged white tea cake offers a delightful sweetness with a notably thick and full body. Its aromatic profile is captivating, unfolding with each steep. The tea is imbued with a pleasant cha qi, lea. It leans sweet, aromatic and full-bodied.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the Spring 2019 harvest.
