Spring Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged white tea cake offers a delightful sweetness and a remarkably thick, satisfying mouthfeel. Its aromatic profile is clean and inviting, with a vibrant energy that lingers on the palate. It leans sweet, thick and aromatic.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Old Arbor cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2020 harvest.
