Autumn Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged white tea cake offers a mellow and sweet profile with nuanced woody undertones. Expect comforting notes of dried hay and a gentle, lingering sweetness, characteristic of well-stored Yunnan w. It leans mellow, sweet and woody.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
