Spring Rare White

This sun-dried white tea cake, crafted from old arbor leaves, delivers a delightful sweetness with a thick, satisfying mouthfeel. Its clean, invigorating aromatic profile is a true testament to the qu. It leans sweet, aromatic and thick.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
