Autumn Rare White

This Yunnan white tea cake presents a delicate complexity, with initial notes of sweet hay and wildflowers. As it unfolds, nuances of honeyed fruit emerge, complemented by a soft, lingering finish tha. It leans sweet, floral and hay.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
