Autumn Rare White

This fresh 2024 white tea cake from Man Gang offers a lively and nuanced infusion. Expect delicate floral notes intertwined with a hint of sweet fruit, culminating in a clean and refreshing finish tha. It leans floral, fruity and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
