Spring Rare White

A fresh and vibrant white tea, this cake offers delicate notes of spring blossoms and ripe stone fruits. Expect a smooth, honeyed sweetness on the palate, with a subtle underlying minerality that spea. It leans floral, fruity and honey.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Suan Zao Shu cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2025 harvest.
