Spring Rare White

This unique white tea from the high-altitude Ai Lao Mountains offers a delightful aromatic journey. Expect a robust, thick body with nuanced hints of sweet sugarcane and refreshing notes of wheatgrass. It leans sweet, vegetal and full-bodied.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
