Spring Bai Mu Dan

This Bai Mu Dan presents a delightful balance of sweet and fruity notes, reminiscent of orchard blossoms. Its smooth character offers minimal astringency, making for a wonderfully approachable and ref. It leans sweet, fruity and smooth.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Fuding Da Hao cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2022 harvest.
