Spring Bai Mu Dan

This delightful white tea from Fuding offers a wonderfully sweet and fruity character. Expect a smooth cup with minimal astringency, revealing notes of ripe fruit and a delicate floral undertone, espe. It leans sweet, fruity and floral.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Fujian, China from the Fuding Da Hao cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2025 harvest.
