Spring Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged white tea offers a delightful journey with its inherent sweetness and thick, malty undertones. Expect a smooth and lingering finish that hints at the evolving character of a well-stored whit. It leans sweet, malty and thick.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Camellia Taliensis cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2019 harvest.
