This aged Nannuo Mountain white tea, harvested in Spring 2020, offers a delightful duality of flavors. Expect sweet and fruity notes, reminiscent of baked fruits, complemented by a comforting malty ri. It leans fruity, sweet and umami.
How should I brew Nannuo Mountain "Leaf" Assamica White Tea?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China from the Assamica cultivar. This batch is from the Spring 2020 harvest.
