Spring Silver Needle

This exquisite Fuding Silver Needle unfolds with a delicate sweetness, reminiscent of honeydew melon and fresh spring blossoms. Its smooth, soft body leaves a clean, lingering finish, offering a truly. It leans floral, sweet and delicate.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
