About This Tea
What does Summer 2019 Jingmai Moonlight taste like?
This aged white tea offers a complex aroma reminiscent of an autumnal forest or a delicate flower shop. It presents a heavier sweetness and a calming, long-lasting brew, suitable for both casual enjoy. It leans floral, sweet and earthy.
How should I brew Summer 2019 Jingmai Moonlight?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does Summer 2019 Jingmai Moonlight come from?
Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the Summer 2019 harvest.
