Spring Moonlight White

This tea offers a complex, soothing fragrance with a comforting, soft mouthfeel reminiscent of a gentle black tea. It brews without bitterness, making it ideal for relaxed brewing styles. It leans floral, smooth and comforting.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
