About This Tea
What does Jingmai Moonlight White taste like?
This exquisite Moonlight White from Jingmai presents a captivating aroma that evokes the freshness of the tea factory itself. With its partial oxidation and gentle processing, it unfolds a complex, be. It leans floral, mellow and aromatic.
How should I brew Jingmai Moonlight White?
Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
Where does Jingmai Moonlight White come from?
Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the Autumn 2017 harvest.
