Moonlight White

This 2016 Moonlight White from XiaGuan offers a delightful journey through sweet and floral notes. Expect a bright, clean cup with hints of honey, apricot, and delicate orchids, finishing with a linge. It leans floral, fruity and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
