Aged Fuding Bai Mudan

This aged Fuding White Peony unfurls with mellow, sweet notes of dried apricot and sun-baked hay. A subtle mineral undertone grounds its profile, leading to a smooth finish with hints of aged wood and. It leans hay, dried fruit and mineral.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.
