Aged Yunnan White Tea

This aged white tea offers a mellow, comforting profile, starting with hints of dried fruits and sweet hay. As it opens, expect earthy nuances of ancient wood and a soft, lingering sweetness, characte. It leans mellow, earthy and sweet.

Water around 75–85 °C (167–185 °F). In a mug, steep 3–5 min. For gongfu, use 4–5 g per 100 ml, 20–40 s steeps. You'll get to see how the flavor changes across multiple rounds. Pretty forgiving. Oversteeping by a bit won't ruin it the way it would with a green.

Grown in Yunnan, China. This batch is from the 2020 harvest.
